5. Emoji Content & Unicode

Emoji characters (the pictograms themselves, such as 😀 🔥 ❤️) are defined by the Unicode Consortium and are open standards. They are not owned by EmojiBase, Apple, Google, or any single company.

Emoji artwork (the visual rendering on each platform) is copyrighted by the respective platform vendors (Apple, Google, Microsoft, Samsung, etc.). EmojiBase does not distribute platform emoji artwork.

You are free to copy, paste, and use emoji characters in any personal or commercial context — they are Unicode text characters.

6. User-Generated Content

EmojiBase does not currently host user-generated content, comments, or accounts. If we introduce such features in the future, separate terms will govern that content.

When you contact us via our contact form or email, you grant us permission to use your message to respond to your enquiry and improve the Service.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. EmojiBase makes no warranties that:
